一年一度的运动会又到了，学校挂上了五彩缤纷的彩带及风车，又种了奼紫嫣红的花，准备迎接这个特别的日子。
人群蜂拥而至地涌入会场，每一班都使出浑身解数，有的喊口号，有的做动作，还有的换上了奇装异服。我们班穿上洁白的班服，拿着别出心裁的全能扇，精神抖擞地踏步，并用搞笑的动作赢得师长及同学的掌声及欢笑。接下来就是大会舞及各种竞赛。下午，川流不息的.人潮离去了一大半，又有一大批人潮涌入了会场，屏气凝神地准备观赏团体接力。在经过选手们汗水的挥撒后，即将开始开始闭幕典礼。
闭幕典礼要颁奖，我们班在各样的比赛中名次如下：拔河和团体接力都是殿军，创意竞赛获得优胜，生活竞赛则拿下冠军，看着代表荣耀的锦旗，觉得再累都值得了。颁完奖，要进入最后阶段——降会旗。降会旗时，要唱代表我们香山小学精神的校歌。校旗就在一片动听悦耳且气宇轩昂的歌声中缓慢地降了下来。
在旗子要降到最底时的瞬间——那一瞬间，小学六年来的点点滴滴忽然一幕幕倒带似地从我的眼前晃过。那时，我像是被唤醒一般，突然意识到自己所能待在这个地方的时间已经不多了，在这小学最后一次的运动会中，我彷彿从睡梦中醒来一样，觉醒。那一瞬间，让我意识到生命及缘分的可贵和意义，更了解到把握当下的重要。

学校在校门口布置了大型活动拱门气球，卡通造型的人物，在门口接待贵宾，像一个漂亮的城堡正在办舞会。时序还不到冬天，但北风似乎也争相来凑热闹，北风呼呼的吹，不但炒热了操场上的气氛，也炒热了来加油的声音。
健康操的动作很多，音乐很活泼，以前的学校跳的是一至三年级的`版本，老师送给同学们每人一片光碟，无聊的时候拨出来，全家都会动起来；现在，在运动场上跳的，是四至六年级的健康操，刚开始，我总觉得和同学有隔阂，跳起来很尴尬，现在正是我表现的时候，看我学的模样够棒吧！我可是很用心，也上网去抓健康操来练习呢！
这次运动会，各种活动五花八门的，有动态的也有静态的，大人们可以依他们的兴趣，用艺术的眼光欣赏各类展览，有跳蚤市场、有画展、生态池的说明讲解。而我们小孩子则是在运动场上尽自己最大的努力表现，我，当然也是其中之一，尤其是在跑一百米赛跑时，还勇夺了分组的亚军。
下午，在跑障碍接力赛之前，我碰到了一个迷路的小女孩，他孤单的在斜坡上走来走去，我带着她找到了她的舅妈，却因此错过了去集合场集合的机会，虽然如此，我还是很开心，我今天日行一善。
虽然我们的操场很迷你，可是学校的设备样样不输人，尤其是我们的图书馆，真是棒啊！今天是家长参观日，新颖的校舍，连前来的家长都觉得很宽敞舒适！
闭幕典礼时，主席和来宾感性的致词后，我终于能拖着疲惫的步伐回家了，现在最重要的是好好的洗个澡，睡一觉，因为我身上满是灰尘及沙子，所有紧张的气氛也都将在这时划上休止符。

Sometimes I dream about life in the future. What will it be?
Perhaps some people will go to the moon for a holiday or even live on the moon,and some scientists will build cities under the sea to make people live there. We can have a medical examination or do some shopping without leaving our homes,which makes the life more convenient. Maybe we will also do some shopping and work at home.
And I'm sure there'll be more educational programmes on the radio or TV or by the Intemet or videophones,so perhaps some children won't need to go to school every day. They'll study at home.
In the future,all electric equipment at home is under the con-trol of computers. People can learn about the situation of the house by working on the computer at the office. No people like doing housework. Maybe each family will have a robot. Every day we can tell the robot what to do-shopping,housework and so on. believe the dream will come true some day.
