我们身边有许多像雷锋这样的人，扫大街的清洁工，永远不嫌累；扶老奶奶过马路的小学生，做好事帮到底；坐公交车让位子的人至于我家的雷锋，非我妈妈莫属。
记得有一次，公交车上没位子了，一位老奶奶正急得团团转，妈妈突然站起来，说：阿姨，我这位子让给您坐吧，您快坐下！说着，妈妈扶着老奶奶，让老奶奶坐在了妈妈的位子上。老奶奶感动极了，连忙说：谢谢你啊，年轻人！你站着累不累啊？不累不累，阿姨，你就别跟我客气了！妈妈拉着上头的栏杆说。
还有一次，我和妈妈去乡下游玩。那是一个炎热的夏天。我们来到了河边，妈妈看见一个老大娘在洗衣服，便跑了上去。她注视着老大娘额头上那密密的汗珠，问：大娘，要不我帮你一起洗衣服？老大娘点点头，说：好啊，年轻人！妈妈赶忙拿起刷子，再充满脏东西的衣服上刷来刷去，直到把衣服刷的干干净净、闪闪发亮。妈妈洗得很认真，她洗的衣服和新买来的没什么两样。老大娘夸奖妈妈，说她是个好孩子，妈妈的脸顿时变得通红，老大娘看着她的样子，笑了。
还有一件事，是我印象中最深刻的。一次，邻居阿姨的腿被车撞到了，住进了医院。妈妈知道了，每天都去医院里看阿姨，给她带一些水果、补品，有时候还带一些笑话书给阿姨看，把阿姨逗笑，阿姨还经常说：在医院里还挺有趣的嘛！
妈妈助人为乐的表现让我也学了过来。我们要学习雷锋，学习妈妈，人人都要有一双会帮助的手，让世界变成美好的人类家园。
