Mike would like to be a writer. He’d like to share his wonderful stories with others. Tom would like to be a cook. He’d like to cook delicious food for others. I would like to be a policeman. I want to protect the people safe。
Hopefully everyone can realize their dreams in the future。

老师是人类文化、科学知识的传播者，是人类开发理性、奔向光明的引路人。没有老师，人类难以摆脱愚昧无知的状态、浑浑噩噩的境地。老师的职业是神圣的，担负着培养、教育下一代人的艰巨繁重的任务，他们用知识的力量去激励学生求知的，以严爱之心架起师生间友谊的桥梁。人们常把老师比喻为“红烛“、“人梯“、“春蚕“、“铺路石“，意在表达教育这一职业的无私和伟大。由此可见，老师的地位举足轻重，提高老师的素质，重视师德修养，具有极其深远的意义。
“育苗有志闲逸少，润物无声辛劳多。”从教三载，我品尝了甜酸苦辣，各种的味儿，让我深深的感受到作为“人类灵魂的工程师”不仅要教书育人，更重要的是“爱生”，只有真正的热爱学生，走进学生的心灵，才能把教书育人的工作做好。
学生的成长不只是阳光、雨露、面包和开水就能完成的。他们需要一样与植物和其他动物所不同的东西――这就是火热而真诚的心。中国有句古话：“爱人者，兼其屋上之鸟。”老师对学生的爱，会被学生内化为对老师的爱，进而把这种爱迁移到老师所教的学科上，正所谓“亲其师，信其道”而“乐其道”，因此爱的教育是我们教学上的巨大推动力。老师关心学生，就能载起我们教育界称之为严格要求的那条很难驾驭的小舟。没有这种关心，小舟就会搁浅，用任何努力也无法使它移动。老师热爱学生有助于学生良好品格的培养；有利于创造活泼、生动的学习氛围，使学生保持良好的学习状态；有利于……而这一切，都是做好教育工作必不可少的条件。
赞可夫说：“当老师必不可少的甚至几乎是最主要的品质，就是要热爱儿童。”英国教育家罗素指出：“凡是老师缺乏爱的地方，无论是品格还是智慧，都不能充分地或自由地发展。”可见热爱学生是师德的核心。如果我们深层次地思考一下，老师劳动职业的特殊性决定了热爱学生是老师的天职。老师职业的最大特点是造就新一代。老师的劳动对象是人，而且是人群中最年轻、最有朝气，最喜欢学习，最容易接受新事物，最具丰富情感、个性独特的群体――少年儿童；老师的任务就是在教学过程中，凭着自身的个性、知识、才能、情感、人格和意志，把学生培养成德、智、体、美等全面发展。
