记得在一个秋风瑟瑟，飘着毛毛细雨的夜晚，我从同学家写完作业，骑着自行车刚到大门口，忽然，一块石头将我重重的摔在地上，我慢慢的从地上爬起来，全身已经湿透了，然后我将重重的自行车从地上轻轻的扶起来。当我想再次骑着自行车走的时候，我才发现自行车的链子已经掉了。我蹲在地上想从新把链子装回去，可是不知道什么原因，我弄了好久好久，怎么也弄不好，我感觉自己好可怜！
我无助的推着自行车往回走，走着走着，我忽然看见一束光朝我照了过来，当我走近时，原来是一个门卫的老爷爷在外面巡查。他好心的问我：“小朋友，这么晚了，你怎么还冒着雨往回走呢？”我急切的回答：“我去同学家写作业，半路上自行车链子掉了。”老爷爷二话没说飞快的走过来，把手电筒让我拿着，把伞让我打着，自己蹲在雨里开始给我装链子。不一会儿，老爷爷就装好了链子，我高兴的骑着自行车打着老爷爷伞就走了！刚骑上车，我又赶快下来，转身想把伞还给老爷爷并给他说声谢谢时，我发现老爷爷已经往回走了，我大声叫他，老爷爷没有回头，但我隐约听到老爷爷说了一句话：“快点回家吧！”这时，我感动的眼眶已经湿润了......
这就是美，美就在我们身边。

“这是谁家把烂西红柿扔在楼道上了？叫人怎么走？”“这东西可招苍蝇了。”
今天，不知是谁把几个烂西红柿扔在楼道上了，居民们都在埋怨，甚至是辱骂那个扔西红柿的人，可是没有一个人去打扫，只是边责骂边绕行。这不，过来了一个穿着时尚衣服的小姐，边责骂边捂着鼻子赶紧跑上去了！我虽然没有责骂，但也没想到去清除它，只是默默绕行。
晚上，我去散步时，看见一位叔叔正站在烂西红柿边上琢磨问题。他穿着一件黑衬衫，一条发旧的黑裤子，一双沾满泥巴的皮鞋。不一会儿，这位叔叔从楼道边上捡来一张小卡片，走到西红柿跟前，用卡片将一个烂西红柿小心翼翼的铲在卡片上，生怕烂汤流在楼道上，便慢慢站起身来，目不转睛地盯着卡片上的烂西红柿，步子迈得又慢又小，几乎是挪到了垃圾池边，倒进垃圾池子。然后，他反转过身子来，按照原来的方法铲走，第二、第三……个西红柿。大约过了十几分钟，终于把这些西红柿解决掉了。可是叔叔看看地面上，仍有西红柿的污汁，叔叔沉思着，也许叔叔在想：“万一天黑了，人们不注意滑到了怎么办？只见叔叔回到他的房里，一会儿，拿来了一个抹布。弯下腰左一下，右一下，已经拖得差不多了，可叔叔又返回家抹布洗刷干净，直到彻底干净。叔叔才把拖布放在了墙角边。
望着叔叔那已经消失的身影，我的眼睛似乎有些湿润了。心想：“这位叔叔不怕脏、不怕累，处处为别人着想的美好心灵不也映托了我的不足吗？
