最近,我看了一个故事—猫和老鼠。这个故事讲述了有一只十分厉害的猫，它英勇善战，是老鼠的克星。老鼠见了这只猫，就像看见了地狱里的勾魂鬼，吓得魂飞魄散，令老鼠闻风丧胆。
这只猫发誓要消灭世界上所有的老鼠。与它相比，捕鼠器、灭鼠药等都不值一提。当它看到老鼠吓得躲在洞里不敢出来觅食时，它就把自己倒吊在房梁上装，这狡猾的家伙还抓着绳索呢！看着这可怜相，老鼠还以为它是偷吃了主人的烤肉或是奶酪，再不就是抓伤了人或是闯了祸，遭到吊起来的惩罚。于是所有的老鼠都从洞里出来，准备为它的.亡而庆贺。就在这时，装的猫复活了，它脚一落地便按住了一只动作迟缓的老鼠。“我计谋可多了，这只是一个传家宝。你们藏得再深最终都只能成为我的腹中之物。”看似温文的猫老兄又一次让老鼠上了当。
通过这个故事，我想，首先，我们要有居安思危的观念；其次，办事要谨慎，凡事不确定的时候就要问个为什么，要弄明白以后再做决定，否则将会大意失荆州。
