一个秋高气爽的早晨，我和妈妈一起去锻炼。
我们来到了锻炼的体育器材场，我们就开始锻炼了。我先锻炼了一个有点像自行车一样的体育器材，它是锻炼我的手臂的。我就按照了它的说明来做，先把手放在像自行车的车把上，然后，再用吃奶的力气往下一拉，又接着再往上一推，就这样连续做。妈妈锻炼的体育器材像一张床，人躺在它的上面。然后，用手抱住头，脚就勾住下面的'横杆，使劲使自己的头再抬起来，就这样反复的做。原来它做的是仰卧起坐呀。我们又锻炼了一会，那个时候我已经是气喘吁吁了。
今天，虽然我们锻炼的很累，但是我们健康了我们的身体，而且这样还可以预防感冒呢！
