这几个星期来，大大小小的面试了五、六个社团部门，校级的和院级的都有。大部分的面试都是三大步骤。
第一：自我介绍，比如一些爱好、兴趣、特长等。
在面试这一关的时候，我听见有同学说没有什么兴趣爱好，大多时候都在学习为了高考。我看到这个的时候，就想起了自己以前的一些事。
要是初三的时候，没有冒着中考的压力出去打球，也许现在我也不能够自信的'说：我喜欢运动，热爱打篮球。
要是中学的时候，没有冒着学习成绩下降的危险，去满足自己对电脑强烈的兴趣，也许现在我也不能够自信的说：我擅长电脑，能独立操作office办公软件，会电脑编程序，视频、图片制作也可以完成。
那些时候，那些看似不合理的做法，现在却成了我进入这些心仪的社团部门的资本。很多时候我都在想，如果当时我选择了一条大家都认为的正确的路走，我还能这样靠着那些“资本”进入这些好的社团部门吗？其实面对质疑的时候，我们都曾在那些闲言中迷失了自己。但是，后来有的人在那些闲言中找到了那颗最亮的星并且选择了坚持，于是那些时候的挣扎就成了现在的资本。
第二：就是才艺表演。当然也可以自愿的，但是表演了入选的几率肯定会加大了。
在面试这一关的时候，有很多同学说出来学习基本上不会什么表演。要不就是千篇一律的唱歌，也不管自己的声音是不是合适（不过勇气值得学习）。
要不是高三的时候，没有抗着高考的压力去学习街舞舞步，或许我现在也不能自信的说：我来表演一个街舞舞步。
很多事情，通常是在过了很久之后，才会体现出它存在的价值。所以，我们不可以很轻易的就否定一个事物。
第三：就是问答时间。这就是一个了解的过程。
只要不违背某些事物本来的价值观，不违背它的价值取向，基本上没问题。当然一定要会说。所以都看书，都说话也成了很重要的东西。
直到现在我都这样认为的：上天让某一样事物出现在你的面前，必定是有它的意义。你可以选择放弃去挖掘它的存在，但你不能忽略它的存在。所以人是会思考的，无时无刻都在思考，思考着现在，思考着以后。
就像我在思考，上帝为什么要给我这个十八岁的花季，后来才明白，因为在这个最美的年纪我会遇见你！

土地让人们种植粮食，养活一家人。而人们却不停的毁林开荒，导致水土流失，一片又一片的`绿洲变为戈壁和沙漠;将塑料袋不停的、随便的丢到地下，造成了土地的污染;无节制的抽取地下水，导致地下水位枯竭;大量开挖深埋地下的矿产资源，开挖后还不回复大地原貌，导致大地伤痕累累，而人类还在为所谓的利益伤害大地母亲!
人们啊，醒醒吧，从现在开始保护土地。
国家为了保护耕地已经划出了十八亿亩耕地红线，防止人们为扩建城市而过度占用耕地。国家还颁布一系列法律来保护土地，如《中华人民共和国土地管理法》《中华人民共和国森林法》《中华人民共和国草原法》等。
土地是立国之本。对于我们这样一个人口大国来说，土地更是重中之重，所以合理用地、节约用地、保护耕地尤为重要。针对我国土地资源利用存在的问题，国家将“十分珍惜、合理利用土地和切实保护耕地”作为一项基本国策，并采取有效措施加以落实。
让我们一起保护土地，保护我们的家园!!

I’m writing to tell you about the discussion we have had about whether an entrance fee should be charged for parks. 60% of us schoolmates think that an entrance fee do not meet people’s expectations, for a park is considered to be a place where the public can have a good time when they are not busy either at home or at work. If an entrance fee must be paid by the visitors for a park, it will be necessary to build a gate and surrounding walls. In the end a city will take on a bad look. 40% of us schoolmates think that an entrance fee can be accepted, but it must not be too expensive. The money from ticket selling can be used for paying the gardeners in the park and buying some other kinds of flowers and trees.
With regard to myself, I think an entrance fee is useful, for it can be used to protect a park. Do we share the same opinion, dear editor?

动物是我们的朋友，这个道理谁都知道，可生活中没有几个人能真正去爱护它们。对待动物这个话题，大家一定都认为这是个老掉牙的话题。如果我再次说出“我们要保护动物”这个口号，大家定会笑掉大门牙的，但我则不这么认为。
目前，我所说的保护对象不在是那些珍贵的动物，而是那些就在我们身边的动物。例如：鸡、鸭、果子狸等等。为什么要担心它们呢?原来现在不是只有人类在威胁它们，还有像“非典”、“禽流感”这样可恶的病毒在迫害他们。在“非典”时期，人们得知“非典”病毒是从果子狸身上出来的，这给果子狸带来了灭顶之灾——广东的所有的果子狸都光了，埋了，接着浙江，北京等地也一一效仿。这虽然保障了人们的.身心健康，但却给果子狸带来了似乎“南京大屠”般的灾难。
我认为，其实果子狸是无辜的，而那些不听国家、人民劝告的人，才是大恶人。如果那些吃过果子狸的人不吃果子狸，果子狸身上的“非典”病毒又怎么会传给人类呢?而一到“东窗事发”，人们却坐以待毙，把一切责任都推倒无辜的果子狸身上，害得它们被蒙上了千古之怨。自从出现了“非典”，果子狸便招到大量的害，这样一来，果子狸的亡数大大的超过了出生数，那么果子狸必定灭亡在人们手中!我说，真得该惩治那些吃过果子狸的人! 大家还认为鸡、鸭的繁殖速度比较快，便可之。当一到“禽流感”的时期，鸡、鸭又像果子狸一样遭到了灭顶之灾。
由于“禽流感”的出现，只要有一只鸡或鸭染上了“禽流感”，那么三公里之内的所有家禽都要遭到扑，五公里之内的家禽都要打预防针。这样一来，又有成千上万只家禽要告别尘世。这虽然为人们防了病，但给家禽带来了极大的痛苦。这又要归根于人们，如果人们对家禽多些照顾，把它们看成朋友，那么家禽哪又会染上“禽流感”? 总而言之，动物的生病与扑，人们有不可推卸的责任。如果人们对动物有些爱心与良心，那么哪会有“非典”与“禽流感”。我们要保护所有的动物，让它们也和我们一样，有一个生存的空间。
人与动物是密不可分的，天地对我们人类是公平的，我们不能因为自己的利益，而不对天地万物给予公道。
