A crow felt very thirsty. He looked for water everywhere. Finally, he found a pitcher.
But there was not a lot of water in the pitcher. His beak could not reach it. He tried again and again, but still could not touch the water.
When he was about to give up, an idea came to him. He took a pebble and dropped it into the pitcher. Then he took another and dropped it in.
Gradually, the water rose, and the crow was able to drink the water.

每堂训练课
他都第一个到，最后一个走
“他(夺冠这个成绩比四年前在伦敦时还快。”昨天，中国游泳队领队许琦说，“这也证明了孙杨在这一届的训练非常刻苦、非常顽强，能积极调整自己跟教练好好配合，尤其是在有脚伤的情况下，克服了非常多的困难。”
2016年的1月29日，正在澳大利亚黄金海岸训练的孙杨在陆上训练时意外，右脚第五跖骨骨折，当时保守估计要6周才能痊愈。实际上孙杨只卧床了三天就带着沉重的护具下水了。
孙杨太心急了，导致他的脚伤恢复并不理想，然而他始终坚持训练，一天都不肯放松，甚至还打算参加4月初的佛山全国游泳冠军赛，好不容易在医生的劝说下才放弃了比赛。但他并没有停下来，去昆明、去美国训练，都是为了追求奥运梦想。
作为一名中长距离自由泳选手，孙杨是孤独的，从小至今，每次训练课都是第一个到，最后一个离开，他看似轻松的胜利背后是在泳池里无数次的折返。每一次受伤后，他都是争取第一时间下水，以保证水感和训练系统性。 孙杨的妈妈杨明在儿子冲击400米金牌未果后，在朋友圈内发了这样一段话：“从1月份澳大利亚训练时的意外骨折，到美国烈日下的苦苦训练，再到现在站到奥运会的颁奖台，你付出了多少，我们一直看在眼里，疼在心里。我们知道你一直在咬牙坚持，因为那是你的选择，那是你的热爱。”
昨天孙杨夺冠时，在现场观赛的杨明哭到说不出话来。
面对本报记者的采访要求，她表示太激动不知该说什么，并把她的手机拿出来给记者拍，里面有她刚刚发在朋友圈的一段话，其中说道：“为了这块金牌，你等待了4年，也拼搏了4年，很苦，很累，但这一刻，所有的付出都值得了。”
不想回应非议
只想为中国游泳担起责任
在经过采访区时，有记者问孙杨，如今拿到200米自由泳的冠军，是不是给予某些无端非议最好的回应。
孙杨却淡淡地说道，不需要什么回应。
随后的新闻发布会上，又有外国记者提问，如何看待与霍顿的纠纷?对此，孙杨依旧没有直面回应：“今天是200米的比赛，全程都在关注自己，并没有看到你所说的这些。在比赛中我只会关注自己、关注中国游泳队。”
随后被问到在1500米自由泳项目上，再次与霍顿同场竞技时是否有信心赢他，孙杨有礼有节地给出了自己的看法：“我现在的竞技和训练状态非常好，我需要做的是专注我自己，我也希望大家更多关注中国和亚洲游泳，包括日本的萩野公介，他今天没有进入前三名，很可惜，其实他也是奖牌的有力争夺者。大家不应该关注中国游泳和谁有矛盾，更应该关注怎么样为亚洲游泳担起责任、撑起一片天。”
孙杨的爸爸孙全洪在接受记者采访时表示，人的成长就是靠方方面面锻炼出来的，经过了很多事情，对他就是一个磨炼，他现在成熟了。
接下来，北京时间8月14日上午孙杨还有1500米自由泳的比赛。孙杨说：“1500米也是我的主项之一，我会尽力游好，游一个好成绩。”
用成绩来回击对手，而不是用嘴巴来刺激对手，这才是真正值得尊重的运动员。

Country Garden and Me
On the way from Panyu City to Shunde City and approaching the conjunction point of both cities, a big advertisement board of the infamous Country Garden will catch your eyes. And on the board, a lovely girl gently holds a little white pigeon.
She looks at everybody with a sweet smile. Who is this girl? Let me tell you later. Country Garden is located at the Beijao town, Shunde City of Guangdong Province. Ten years ago when my Dad and Mom took me as a baby to Guangzhou, it was a wasteland here. But what does this piece of wasteland look like nowadays? Country Garden has been developed and enlarged rapidly on the ground of this land, and a great number of high-quality houses and apartments have been built up within the garden. Over the past decade, other nine country gardens with various unique designs have been erasing around the great city of Guangzhou. The construction and management of several gardens have engaged the devoted contributions from my Dad and Mom.
Country Garden has grown up together with me, and I am one of the witnesses of its growth and development.
