有幸聆听了来自市里的三位专家的讲座，仿佛经历了一场心灵的洗礼，很多知识是我未曾接触过的。专家告诉我们，心理健康教育是现代教育的一项重要组成部分，而作为教师的我们更应了解学生的心理状况。只有在心理健康的情况下才能提高教育教学的实效性。日常工作中，了解学生的心理状况，发现问题及时解决，对学生的发展有很大的好处。要使学生心理健康，教师心理首先要健康。在教育学生的同时，教师必须调节好自己的心理状况。
在讲座中，几位心理学老师给我们做了几个游戏，让我们感受很深，并且从这些小游戏中我也获得了一些启示。印象最深的游戏就是红黑游戏。它的规则是这样的：将培训的老师分成a、b两组，分别到不同的教室去，再由一个心理学专家作为通讯员。有红黑两种颜色供大家选择，每轮每个小组选其中一种颜色，由通讯员公布出来。若双方均选黑色，则双方都为3分；若均选红色，则双方都为—3分；若一方选红色，另一方选黑色，则选红色方为5分，选黑色方为—5分。最后以累积的正分最多的一方获胜，是双赢。前四轮里，两组都是选红色，也就是我不赢你也别想赢的做法。但大家静下心来一想，这样结果不是双赢而是双输了。但双方又不敢轻易换成黑色，经过一番激烈的讨论，我们决定选黑色，另人高兴的是，我们的对手也是选择了黑色，这时教室里响起了一阵热烈的掌声，这是对大家的互相信任的一种赞美。结果双方都得了正的3分，但回过头来想一想，如果一开始，大家就抱着这种让对方也赢的心态的话，我们会得到33分。从这个游戏中大家应该明白：什么是“双赢”？大家是处在同一个环境中，并且是有交集能够互相影响的，不管是哪一方都不可能永远把对方踩在脚下。顶多这次我算计你成功，但是下次呢，别人就扳回来了。不让对方有好日子过，你自己也没有安宁的生活。这就是个互相成就的问题，互相给机会大家都能发展。鱼网破对大家都没有好处，损人不利己的愚昧行为还是少做为妙。再推广一点，这个地球是一个大环境，整个地上的生物包括动植物和人类都是栓在一条绳上的蚂蚱，和谐平衡的局面若无法建立和保持，那么地球上生物的绝路也就不远了。
这次讲座的所得所获对我的帮助应该说是非常大的，培训结束以后我将会细细体会，不断实践，提高自己的素养。引领孩子们朝着健康、正确的方向不断发展。

我不知道怎么样的心理才是正常，怎么样的心理才是健康，我想说每个人的心理想法都是不一样的，内心里想的东西要是不通过语言、行为动作等表现出来，我们也是无法知道的，每个人心里都有一个恶魔与天使，有各种各样好的或不好的想法，但是只是想法，并不是行动，谁的内心深处没有动过邪恶的念头，但是我们是一个善良的人，即使不是每一件事都为别人着想，舍己为人，也不会想说要做伤害别人的事。所以，心理健康与心理不健康没有严格的界限，由于内外因素的影响，使人的心理功能受到阻碍的情况是经常发生的，所以对任何一个人来说，都有可能出现某些不够健康的心理状态。我认为这是正常现象，毕竟，人无完人。
但是，身为一名在校大学生，基本的身心健康是要有的，我们是祖国未来的希望，社会未来的接班人，我们要做一个德智体全面发展的大学生，我们要做一个心智正常的人。最起码我们的人生观，价值观，世界观要正确。身心健康是成长成才的基础，因此，每一位大学生都应该重视自己的健康，这当代不仅此于身体健康，也都应该对自身的心理架空负责，大学生心理健康是一种理想尺度，它反映的是个体能很好地适应社会所必需的一种心理状况，但不是最完美或完善的境界。这就要求大学生一方面要调整和修正自己的心境，以达到心理健康的标准，更好地维持大学生正常的学习、生活和工作，另一方面要不断增进自身的心理健康水平，追求心理发展的更高层次，以完善自我，充分发挥自己的潜能。
我们大学生面对陌生环境，相互之间特别需要沟通，需要理解，渴望建立一种和谐的人际氛围，以摆脱寂寞感和孤独感。为此，大学生首先要树立自信，大胆真诚地与他人进行交往，加深彼此间的了解；其次要主动参加集体活动，热情帮助他人，扩大自己的交往际圈。交多一点朋友，在大学四年收获真挚的友情或者甜美的爱情，这都是很美好的。
老师在说的时候，是围绕我们的大学生活说的，从以前的学习模式，生活模式过渡到现在的大学生活，我们总有一种自由的感觉，其实不是这样的，我们还是受约束的，我们还是要认真学习，学好专业知识，起码要对得起自己，不要浪费我们的青春，尤其是我们学校的学费比其他学校要高几倍，我们更要努力，不能让父母失望，让父母和自己的付出付诸东流。同时，我们当中绝大部分人都是成年人了，要以成年人思维方式思考做事，这是老师在会上强调的，在为人处世方面，在情感问题方面，我想有很多方面需要我们去学习，有很多问题需要我们去思考，这也是我们在大学所学习到的社会知识，因为大学本身就是一个小社会。

听着娄老师的讲座，我开始分析自己心理是否存在问题。经过分析，我发现：我是一个活泼开朗的孩子，但是人际关系并不是很好，其原因在于我不懂得关心他人、体谅他人，经常以自我为中心，不考虑别人需要什么。我能够正确认识自己，并且言行一致、有着良好的情绪，但是我的意志力和抗干扰能力很差，经常写作业时看到有人在玩儿就忍不住了。
为了让我能够成为一个心理健康的学生，我决定从现在起，经常做换位思考，并提高自己的自制力和抗干扰能力。希望我们都能愉快地度过小学最后一学年！

经过本次心理健康教育知识的学习，让我了解了心理健康教育的意义以及它的重要性，现谈谈自我本次学习的心得体会：大学生心理健康教育关键是教师，教师要尊重学生。

如何让这种消极的影响降到最大?我认为教师应深入了解学生，善于与学生沟通，进行谈心、交流，进而开导学生，倾听学生的内心境感，感知学生的内心世界，以教师真诚的爱去关心、呵护每个学生，让学生的心灵得以寄托，让学生的情感得到倾诉，精神得到依靠。当学生需要关心、帮忙时，教师应及时伸出援助之手帮忙学生，使学生幼大的心灵得到鼓舞，让学生相信自我必须能行，逐步养成良好的心理品质。
总之，加强学校心理健康教育是当前学校教育改革在新形势下的新视角，它注重全体学生的心理素质的发展，虽然，开展心理健康教育的方法与途径有很多，但我个人认为，事实也证明了，当学生需要关心、帮忙时，教师仅有对学生倾注真情的爱，才能更好地塑造、净化学生的心灵，才能让学生更好地去掌握科学文化知识，学生仅有在教师“真爱”的陶冶下，才能更进取地投入到学习中，这是开展心理健康教育不可缺的方法与手段。
