未成名前当女队陪练
即使参加重庆比赛，赵帅对文化学习也不放松。“我们每周至少安排两节课，通过数字网络、视频教学，确保学习不落下。”李兵说，赵帅经常主动打电话向老师请教。
据介绍，2009年入选江苏省队后，赵帅做过女队陪练。这段经历，对于赵帅提高水平、积累和判断场上形势很有帮助。
成名之后别人陪他练
赵帅成名之后，就是别的男队员陪他练了。每场单人训练两小时，几名陪练都是国内顶尖高手。“每场单人训练，赵帅接二连三应对陪练，一练就是6个小时。”每次训练后，赵帅体重都会下降两三公斤。
李兵透露，赵帅房间内除了运动器械、运动服装，还摆放着一张按摩床，用来放松肌肉，以便快速恢复体能，迎接下一次的训练。
“这个小伙很不错，无论是学习还是训练都很刻苦也很专注。”西南大学体育学院院长郭立亚告诉重庆晚报记者，赵帅沉稳内敛，对人也很有礼貌。
巧妙融入武术精髓
李兵告诉重庆晚报记者，赵帅训练非常刻苦。其他运动员完成规定训练下场了，赵帅仍然加练。
“他从不偷懒，也不需要别人催，特别爱动脑子。”在理论学习上，每当李兵讲到中国传统武术防守方法时，赵帅就特别感兴趣，动脑筋融入到跆拳道中。“奥运决赛中，我看到他在防守中运用了一些武术精髓，比如应对对方高位劈腿。”
李兵说，赵帅出征里约奥运会前，学校和学院领导亲自到国家队去看望和慰问，鼓励他尽全力把每一场比赛当决赛打。
比赛过后爱吃火锅
远在里约的赵帅，颁奖后回到宾馆就向学校汇报了情况，感谢学校的支持和关心。
“比赛很辛苦，但他对学校老师的祝贺，都会挨个回复，特别有礼貌。”李兵说，以前赵帅每次打完重要比赛，都主动向体育学院郭院长和老师汇报。
赵帅来自辽宁，服役于江苏，来西南大学上学后非常喜欢吃火锅，常常在训练结束或没有重大赛事时回到学校约大家吃火锅，一边吃，一边交流比赛。
高校夺金榜西南大学暂领先
