Recently we did a survey in our class in order to learn about students’ ideal jobs. Here’s a report about my group members’ ideas.
Mary wants to be a fashion designer because she likes beautiful clothes and is good at drawing. Kate wants to be a gardener, she lives plants, and she wants to make the cities better. Mike would like to be a writer. He’d like to share his wonderful stories with others. Tom would like to be a cook. He’d like to cook delicious food for others. I would like to be a policeman. I want to protect the people safe.
Hopefully everyone can realize their dreams in the future.

恪守职业道德，才能实现小我价值。老子曰：“人之立身，所贵者在德。”也就是说，恪守职业道德的人，能够让自己的人生更加完美，从而更好地实现自我的人生价值。没有博士学位、留洋背景和院士头衔的“三无”科学家屠呦呦，埋头苦干，潜心钻研，坚韧不拔，持之以恒，无非分之想，无名利之争，坚守科研人员务实求真、淡泊名利的职业道德，最终斩获诺贝尔生理学或医学奖，向全世界证明了自身的价值，为世人所敬仰。
恪守职业道德，还能成就大我功业。古人云：“道乃盛德至善。”我则要说：“君子有道亦有德也，而小人无德，亦无道，故小人不足以成君子也。”同样身为人臣，曹操和诸葛亮得到的评价却大不相同。曹操一生戎马倥偬，南征北战，奠定了强大魏国的基础。然而他抛弃了一个人臣的职业道德，挟天子以令诸侯，以下犯上，故成为后世白脸奸臣的象征。而诸葛亮一生恪守为臣之道，严格遵守人臣之德，竭忠尽智辅助两代君王，即便有刘备“若其无才，君可取而代之”的托孤之言，即便是辅佐“扶不起的阿斗”刘禅，孔明先生也始终没有非分之想，用他那“鞠躬尽瘁，而后已”的高风亮节，苦苦支撑着蜀国危局。自然，孔明先生成为后世忠臣良相之楷模。
恪守职业道德，还能彰显人性光辉。只有恪守职业道德，才能让我们摆脱自我与自私的束缚，跨越金钱与名利的栅栏，走出道德沦丧的怪圈，跳出明哲保身的沟壑，能使道德之花绚烂，能使人性熠熠生辉。白求恩，一个外国人，一位伟大的人道主义者，他坚守医道医德，以人道主人援助为己任，毫不利己，专门利人，虽然以身殉职，但他那人性的光辉和职业操守永远让世人景仰。同样，中国女排的女排精神、任长霞的秉公执法、吴斌的舍己为人、张丽莉的挺身而出……他们的职业精神早已化作无限的精神力量，不断激励着我们坚守自己的职业道德。
无论你在多么平凡的工作岗位上，只要你恪守你的职业道德，就能让你的职业放出光辉，你也会因此而不平凡。
