“落后就要挨打!”这句话不仅体现在科技上，在军事上也同样适用。一个国防建设落后的国家随时都将面临着被军事强国的攻击。且不说我国如何，世界上许多的国家都被美国、英国所困扰着，伊拉克战争就是一个很典型、很鲜明的例子。美国为了石油问题，曾耗费那么大的精力对付伊拉克，而伊拉克又有多少无辜的百姓在这场战斗中丧生、受伤。每当我看到电视屏幕上那一幕幕鲜淋漓的场面和伊拉克儿童那渴望和平的目光，我都会扪心自问：如果我们国家不加强国防建设，会不会重演伊拉克悲剧?如果我们真的遭受军事强国的攻击，那我们能不能抵御他们的侵略?美国等其他国家都拥有强大的航空母舰，我们国家能不能制造?我们在不久的将来能不能成为军事强国，让世人刮目相看?
