对此，笔者认为，家长们一方面要给予理解，现在的科技和医学都很发达，去个痘是没问题的，这样可以为你的孩子增加自信，但是过犹不及，另一方面也要告诉孩子，外在打扮的好的确能给自己给别人的第一印象加分，但是内在的好修养才能获得别人持久的青睐。建议家长们可以给孩子看看《初恋这件小事》，影片讲述了女主角小水因为暗恋优秀的阿亮学长，努力将自己从一个丑小鸭蜕变成白天鹅的故事，影片内容虽然跟暗恋有关，但并不妨碍影片的励志主题感染并激励着每一位观众。

首先，家长们自己要树立起这种观念，不要处处拿孩子的分数来衡量一切。因为初中生刚升入高中，尚不能确切地评价和认识自己的智力潜能和性格特征，很难对自己做出一个全面而恰当的估价，而是凭借一时的感觉对自己轻下结论，这样就导致他们对自己的自信程度把握不当。几次甚至一次偶然的成功，就可以使他们认为自己是一个非常优秀的人才而沾沾自喜;几次偶然的失利，就会使他们认为自己无能透顶而极度自卑。所以孩子成绩好的时候，家长不要给予过多的物质奖励，不要吝啬精神的嘉奖，成绩差的时候也别表现的过于生气严肃，毕竟孩子不是考试工具，尽量给予安慰和鼓励。
其次，培养孩子的平常心，胜不骄气不馁，经常站在孩子的立场上考虑问题，有问题可以平等的沟通，有时间看看国外的家庭情景剧，家庭教育这一点国外的老爸老妈就做的很好。如果孩子经父母询问后还是不吭声，不妨根据他的兴趣爱好，给他提供一些减压方式吧，比如游乐园，短途旅行之类。
第三，经常试着与孩子多多交流，了解他在上述方面有无类似困难，理解他们的想法，毕竟时代在进步，两代人之间会有代沟，父母们只有与时俱进，将心比心，才能成为孩子的朋友。
第四，留给孩子一定的私人空间，不把他们当小孩子看待，有些简单的事情交给他们自己做主。以此培养来他们独立人格的建立和健全。但是，少管不代表不管，不代表放任自流，在孩子为人处事的教育上，父母应给予一定的指导。
孩子终于被录取到第一志愿，松了一口气，也感慨万分，写点感想，给后面期待孩子突围的家长的一些建议，说的不对的请忽略：
1. 告别智能手机：一提智能手机我就生气，为什么家长要给孩子买苹果?不要把前途消耗在无聊的朋友圈中，不要用自己的前途去赌博和付出不值得的代价，这比戒掉毒瘾还难吗?有的孩子不愿意离开微信是担心朋友说她没自由，她怕孤独，怕没有朋友，怕朋友离她而去，殊不知这个年龄段的孩子视友谊比任何东西都重要，不是他不想努力。那么一定要告诉他，如果他的朋友连考学都不支持，那是真朋友吗?负责任的家长，不要心存侥幸，用你孩子能接受的方式去解决吧，让他脱离开沉溺于智能手机不思勤奋的群体，让他明白自己脱离开了才能突围去追求自己的梦想，成为不一样的他。家长在孩子不学习的时候也不要玩手机，多和孩子聊天沟通，找一些其它爱好分散注意力都是很好的方式;
2. 告别游戏：一边玩游戏一边能考上好大学的我只见过一个，但是不要期待奇迹会发生在自己身上，不下一定的功夫无法达到目标这是肯定的，游戏和升学只能二选一，让他形成鄙视游戏群体的价值观，用你孩子能接受的方式去解决。家长更不要玩游戏，要玩就偷偷玩吧，别让孩子看见，孩子不学习时多陪陪孩子;
3. 找到合适自己的课外辅导：这是关键中的关键，这个坛子里交流相关经验有很多了，找到自己的才是对的，有的压根没有上辅导班就考得很好，有的家长说他们适合上大课，我家孩子基础差，小的时候快乐教育，上了初中知道学了，给报了大班课，但是到了初二还不见效，发现是孩子跟不上，别人讲了好几步他只听到一步就卡住了，只能找一对一，也在机构的一对一耽误了半年的光阴，朋友介绍了一个家教，非常好，把孩子一点点带出来。所以，放任孩子不管不是锻炼孩子自立，初中了，家长一定还要管，只是方式不同而已，要随时了解症结，不是只要孩子上课你就安心，你要考虑这个课是不是有帮助，你要盯紧了，提供必要的帮助，上大班小班要看孩子程度和接受能力，但是一定要考虑距离，路上的时间一定是宝贵的，一对一要找对，拿孩子时间做试验品是惨痛的。时间，时间!
4. 体育必须满分：除了练没有办法，每天回家练或者在学校跑完步再回家，雾霾就戴口罩练，总之实践证明，再差的孩子都可以做到，拿不到满分还是你不够强烈，一个项目练了很久不满意了就要换项目，男孩子可能实心球要比单杠容易点?别在一个项目上磕;
5. 报志愿问题：坛子里讨论太多了，找找档的帖子就什么都清楚，人要冒险，也要留足余地，看你是否输得起;
6. 软件的系统工程学：中考要智商，要勤奋，要知识面，要会取舍，要承受挫折的强大内心，要阳光的心态……这些系统工程已经从孩子出生就开始建立了，我认为短时间变不了，但是至少，要从改善和逆反孩子的敌对关系入手开始，如果关系不改善，你的所有想法都很难实现，包括以上说的。
一位朋友住通州，孩子3岁，打算卖房去买学区房，已经在关注今年的中考分数线、学校排名等情况，纠结是去朝阳、西城还是东城好，庞大的升学工程居然这么小就开始了。好的小学是什么标准我不太了解，但是我领教了好的初中对于中考本身的重要，我们初中上的是好学校的普通班，尽管上课的时候老师经常需要用10-20分钟维持秩序然后控制好发完火的情绪才能讲课，这种情况持续了一年多，尽管有一半以上的孩子在课堂上玩手机、睡觉和吃零食，尽管学习好的孩子自己捂着不太回答同学的问题，尽管主科的老师都换过，诸多的不如意，但是，我教孩子，无论环境如何，只要考入班级前五就没有问题了，最后，还是熬出来了，如愿以偿的进入了梦想的学校，遗憾的是这个班大部分孩子还是落入20中以下的学校。但是还是要感谢这所学校，让我们学会了在逆境中如何去顽强地生存和奋斗。感谢这所学校的备课组，将实验班的精华课件分享给普通班，让我们至少在知识层面上会比普通校更有优势，感谢这所学校的文化传承，让这些年轻的老师能传承下来，而这个个别班的问题，也来自于孩子自己本身的原因多些。因此，初中进一个好的学校真的好重要。小升初时当然要争取进好的初中，毋庸置疑。希望10几年后的今天，这些孩子能有不一样的学校生活，而我们这些幸运儿又不知到了高考的门槛要演绎什么样的苦乐。
