网络给人们带来便利的同时，也给犯罪分子带了机会，年纪大的老年人被骗的案列比比皆是，所以对网络安全的监控，也是现在急需要解决的问题。时代的发展离不开网络，学习交流离不开网络，生活出行离不开网络，所以我们要合理规划和利用网络，不能成为网络新时代下的牺牲品。

弊端：
