这本书在讲有一只大熊阿比和一只鳄鱼阿宝开一家餐馆，可是它们明明是开一家餐馆，却只卖披萨和甜点。开店的第一天，它们的第一个客人是一个小弟弟和一位老奶奶，可是阿比却说他们是开店以来的第一百个客人，还给他们特大号的披萨和甜点，结果老奶奶就只给小弟弟吃，她自己都不吃然后小弟弟为了要回报奶奶，所以第二天就坐在餐馆对面数石头，一颗石头就代表一位客人，直到数到第九十九颗的时候，他就赶快走到餐馆，把门打开，他就是第一百个客人，阿比就给他特大号披萨和甜点，然后小弟弟就打电话给老奶奶，小弟弟就只给老奶奶吃，他自己都不吃，所以过了这件事之后，阿比的店以后都生意兴隆，好的不得了。
我觉得这本书真的很好看，这本书里的阿比就说：“有时候不吃也会饱。”就像书里的阿比和他的奶奶一样，所以我觉得如果别人对你好，你也要对他好，这样你才会是一个万人迷喔！！

故事大意：每年圣诞夜，我们一家人都会开车到路加森林找“我们的树”。爸爸一手拿着手电筒，一手抱着箱子。妈妈牵着妹妹妮妮，我抱着毯子走在最后面。走在森林里遇到一只鹿，猫头鹰的叫声从森林深处传来。我们用玉米花串、系好绳子的苹果和橘子装饰我们的圣诞树，还挂上蜂蜜小米葵花子球，然后在树下撒些带壳的坚果、面包屑和苹果片，给那些不会爬高的小动物。妈妈叫我把毯子铺在地上，坐下来欣赏我们的树。她带了一壶热巧克。让温热的杯子暖和我的手指。爸爸关掉手电筒，我门安安静静的坐着，希望有小动物出现。离开以前，妮妮和我各选一首圣诞歌来唱，我选“朝贺耶稣诞生”。妮妮选“王老先生有块地”。我们越唱越快，因为歌词很长，而且越来越冷。夜里，我躺在床上，想我们的树。第二天，阿姨、叔叔、表兄弟姊妹都来了，一屋子快乐的笑闹声中，有时候，我的心又带我回到路加森林。我想像鸟儿、松鼠、鼹鼠、浣熊和鼬鼠都在享受圣诞大餐。说不定有熊、狐貍，踩着细细尖尖的脚掌跑来。它们全都在那里，在圣诞节这一天，围着我们的树，唱它们自己的圣诞歌。
我认为，这篇故事告诉我们，应该珍爱地球，不要砍伐树木。要和大自然成为好朋友。希望大家也能学习故事中的爸爸妈妈，过一个环保的圣诞节。
