We have been very tired after hard studying.In summer holidays,I want to have full sleep and eat good food in order to replenish myself. Last but not the least,I will have a good rest.

summer can be very hot in southern taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"c or more. because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. also because of this i stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky.
actually i like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. in the summer vacation that has just ended i went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. this summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. as a second-year senior student i had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. in other words, i must find time to study, too.
so i divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

the summer vacation had come round again. i was happy that i could forget about school at least for a while. lest i fool around all through this summer vacation, i made a plan as to how to spend it. first, i thought i should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that i could have a better understanding of them.

手里拿着成绩单，看着这分数心里真不是滋味。虽说前我生了场病，考这分数情有可原。但总的原因还是我没有认真学习，造成基础不牢固，无法用自己所学的知识去面对考试。
想着平日里父母为我的学习操碎了心，心里总有一种愧疚感。暑假来临，正好可以利用这段时间来弥补我学习上的不足。
我的暑假学习安排是这样的：
一·每天坚持听一个小时的英语。由于某些因素，让我们在英语水平上与经济发达地区的孩子们有一定的差距，但我相信只要我肯努力，也能追上他们，并比他们做的更好。
二·坚持背诵语文古诗词和英语单词。在高考中语文默写占得分值虽不是很大，但俗话说“一分也能压倒众多人。”就像在这次考试中，我就因没好好背古诗词，连屈原《离》中的千古名句“长太息以掩涕兮，哀民生之多艰。”都不会写，让我白白丢了许多分。并且在写时，可以引用许多古诗词。如在写面对困难时的态度，可以引用李白的“长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海。”等等。背英语单词更为重要，阅读时连单词的意思都不知道，那你该如何答题;写作时连单词都不会拼写，那你该如何的高分……
三·多做理综题。只会一味的记硬背公式是不会在理综上拿到高分的。理综注重的是灵活运用，只有多做题，题型见多了，遇到相似的题就知道该如何下笔。像我在那抓破脑袋想这题应用什么公式，好不容易公式想出了却不知道该如何解题，时间浪费了分也丢了。
四·整理笔记，回顾以前所学的知识。学过的知识只有不断回顾才能让它记忆深刻。像我总是把以前所学的`知识全都堆积到考试前几天来复习，这种做法不仅没有效果还让我越复习越紧张。把笔记整理几遍可以发现哪些知识是重点，哪些知识自己还没吃透等等。
五·利用网络多和别人交流。网络是个很好的交流平台，我们可以在网上与他人互相交流学习，了解大学的招生信息等等。
“所谓天才人物指的就是具有毅力的人，勤奋的人，入迷的人和忘我的人。”我会充分利用好这个暑假，以最好的状态去面对新学期的到来。

一年一度的暑假如期而至，今年的暑假，是跨入小学生涯的第一个暑假。为了让这个暑假过得充实而有意义，我们本着充分学习，充分锻炼，充分睡眠的'目的，一起商讨制定了我们的计划，特地拿来晒一晒，以督促我们更好地落实执行。
【一】学习、阅读、作息、运动计划
一，晨诵。虽然放假，儿子每天还是习惯性的按上学时的作息时间，早上6:30准时起床。每天早晨半小时的时间朗诵《日有所诵》、《中外儿童诗精选》、《会写字的梧桐叶》中的各两首小诗。通过诵读其中清新、经典的小诗，培养孩子的想象力、审美力，让文学经典浸润孩子的心灵，拓展思维。
二，下午、晚上各阅读半小时。诸如绘本类的《蚯蚓的日记》，《圆圆的肚脐》，《神奇校车》，《小绿狼》，《女巫扫帚排排坐》等，自己独立阅读。我在他读后加以引申指导，汲取其中精髓，写出读后感。此项也是暑假老师布置的作业，写5篇读后感，重于修改，发表在博客上。儿童文学类的《笨狼的故事》，《绿野仙踪》，《我和姐姐克拉拉》，《一百条裙子》，《木偶奇遇记》，需要通过对话式、亲子剧场式、倾情演绎式等不同的方式，陪孩子一起共读。共读的过程，作以整理记录。liuxue86.com
三，上午和下午分别半小时上网的时间。孩子可以自由支配。或玩网络游戏;或拜访博友;或浏览自己感兴趣的网页。
四，中午午休不少于两小时。保证充分睡眠，养精蓄锐，提高做事效率。
五，每天择时户外活动一小时。接受日晒，呼吸新鲜空气，适量运动，强身健体。
六，其余时间为自由支配时间。玩魔尺;练字;看动画片;练习口算此为老师布置的作业，每周100道口算题，总共800道;适当预习二年级课程;做手工等自由选择。
【二】旅游出行计划
暑假，我们依然选择出行旅游，亲近大自然，呼吸新鲜空气，彻底放松身心，在游玩中汲取更多知识。
关于选择旅游城市，我们不谋而合，依然选择美丽的三亚，第三次重游。一路行程与度假期间，儿子毛遂自荐与我互换角色，由他担任家长，全力安排具体事宜。我掌控大方向，根据情况适时调整辅佐儿子。这种互换角色，生活中我们经常来做。无形中调动孩子的主观能动性，培养孩子的心，自主决策能力，处事领导能力，辨别是非与变通能力。
在三亚度假期间，学习作息时间，稍作调整。添加晨起海边跑步和傍晚海边散步或游泳。尽享海的浩瀚无际，放飞心情，开阔视野，陶冶情操。

My holiday life will be busy but interesting. I am going to do my homework every day so that I can finish my homework on time.I am going to the library to borrow some books and go to the shops to buy some books so that I can read some interesting books. I am going to play sports such as playing basketball, table tennis, swimming and so on . Of course I am going to help my parents do some housework because they are busy with their work every day.I am going to spend a week in Shanghai with my parents so that we can see the expo. I am sure I am going to have an interesting and happy summer vacation.
