问题：
1、部分教师专业素质有待提高。语音语调不标准；出现知识性错误；指令性语言要求不到位。对学生的错误不能及时纠正。
2、对教材理解、把握不到位。不能充分利用教材资源，课堂设计不完整。对于教材中出现的chant， poem， game等没能很好的利用。
3、教学目标不明确，缺乏课堂主线。脱离教材，打破篇章结构，没能体现语篇教学的特点。
4、活动设计不科学，学生积极性调动不足，师生活动比例失调。活动过程不完整，结构混乱，缺乏层次性，学习效果不明显。个别活动只注重了趣味性、游戏性，忽视了目的性和有效性。
5、板书设计不合理。板书设计应呈现完整的目标语句，而不是简单的一个词、两个词或几幅图；有的只有标题，无实际内容；有的出现书写错误。

我个人是觉得上网课没什么学习效果，上网课，老师在线直播辅导各同学，但是人数多，老师又不能每一个人都顾及得到，每个人的问题不一样，只能挑重点讲。一个人在房间里学习，没有在学校教室里学习氛围好。作息时间混乱，晚上熬夜，晚睡觉，预定多个闹钟。早上起来打完卡接着睡。上网课老师不能面对面教导，许多同学都是敷衍了事。老师与同学之间缺乏互动，对于学习好求者可能受益匪浅，但是对于厌倦学习者，学习上没有一点效果，需要老师面对面教导，当面监督学习情况。

我和同学们一起去看过一部电影，叫《乌龟也上网》。
里面有一个叫王府井的男孩子，由于在班队课上迟到了，所以意外的得到了这只神奇的小乌龟。这只乌龟叫佳佳龟。它可以让王府井实现十个三分钟的小愿望，但是王府井许了很多没用的愿望，放弃了许多机会，只有到了后来，才真正利用，帮助了别人，就是那十个愿望的最后一个愿望，是王府井帮助了一位盲人叔叔，让她重见光明，见到了自己未见过的小女儿，可是有点遗憾，没有看清楚，三分钟的时间就到了。从中我知道了王府井是一个善良的男汉字，因为没让盲人叔叔看清自己的女儿，所以在家里哭。这里就体现出王府井是善良的孩子。
另外，我最喜欢佳佳龟说的最后一句话：“路就在你的脚下，前途是靠自己走出来的。”是啊，如果你在哪一门学科上下功夫，你就会变陈哪一门学科的.专家。
世界上没有一点魔法，只有自己努力的成果。就像电影中播放中彩票的那件事，佳佳龟根本没有帮助王府井中彩，可他们还是中奖了，而且还是一等奖呢！我非常佩服王府井那诚实的表现。
