偶然间翻开日历，今天是五四青年节，我打开电脑，开始寻找起清明节的`由来。
92年前，为了驱逐黑暗，争取光明，为了祖国的独立和富强，一群意气风发的青年用热和生命谱写了一曲最壮丽的青春之歌，织就了一幅最宏伟的青春之图！
如今，“五四”运动已作为光辉的一天载入了中华民族的史册。而“五四”绝非仅仅是一个历史事件，它是一种精神，是一笔财富，是青年人对民族炽热的爱的精神，是青年对国家前途命运的关注，乃至对祖国未来的发展、创新、进步的责任的财富。时代赋予我们的使命，应该为祖国的更加繁荣昌盛奉献我们的一切！
今天，“五四”大旗传到我们的手中。我们流淌着的是我们祖先英雄的液，我们品味着的是我们祖先传承下来的文明。难道我们不该把这赤色的旗帜，这浸染着祖祖辈辈鲜的旗帜，扛进二十一世纪吗？
青春是整个人生旅程中最绚丽、最奇妙、最灿烂的一站。青春孕育着无穷无尽的能量等着我们去开采、去挖掘、去释放。人生的根本目的就是对于人生价值的认识、诠释、乃至于实现，而青春正是我们青年实现人生价值的黄金时期。历史的年轮已经把人类带入了新千年，而随之扑面而来的就是日趋激烈的竞争。随着全球经济的一体化与中国加入wto，挑战就与机遇并存。作为21世纪的青年应该如何实现人生价值，如何把握机遇呢？大家不要忘了我们是学生，学生的使命就是学习。学习决不是一句空话，决不是一个口号，更不是一种装饰。学习应该是明确前进的方向，找到自己完美的目的地！让我们的青春之源，源远流长吧！
我们每个人都会记住五四青年节这天，记住那些决不妥协的学生，记住那些帝国主义的残忍，成为一个有为的青年……
