I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays this year. I liked green plants, clear rivers and lovely amimals there.I breathed the fresh air on the mountain and sometimes I went swimming in the river. I kept a diary every day.
I liked not only the scene of the countryside, but also the people there. I helped them to do farm work. I also helped the children in the neighbourhood with their lessons. 虽然我多次参加电视台少儿节目和大型联欢会的拍摄，但去参加“小鬼当家”夏令营的节目拍摄，一直是我梦寐以求的一件事，这个假期我的梦想终于实现了。夏令营的那几天里，拍摄，正是上海最热的.几天，我和小朋友们一起劳动，一起游戏，一起锻炼身体。森林的小木屋前、美丽的天鹅湖畔、乡间小路旁、农田、小溪间留下我们自由自在、欢乐奔放的身影。
参加“小鬼当家”节目的拍摄并不轻松，在几天里我们就遇到过许多困难，就说干农活吧，本以为种大豆十分简单，我们拿了小铲子和种子就开始挖土了，没想到大家连挖带敲，连火星都出来了，忙得满头大汗，还是没能把土挖松，大家你一言我一语的开始想办法、出主意，可是谁也没能想出一个可行的办法，只能请教站在一旁的农民阿姨，原来啊先应在土壤上洒一些水，再挖起来就轻松多了。按这种办法不一会儿，一个一个的小土坑呈现在我们眼前了，接着我们把大豆种子种入土坑里，再盖上一些土，洒上一些水，这样就完工了。其实很多事不会不要紧，只要尝试着去做，就能懂得其中的道理、感受到其中的乐趣。
第一次离开爸爸、妈妈，独立地生活，我感到既紧张又刺激。平日在家“衣来伸手，饭来张口”的我，现在不仅要照顾好自己，还有要尽到小干部的责任，照顾好身边小朋友，这使我的自理能力得到了很大的提高，而且锻炼了胆量。更让我受益匪浅的是我结识了许多新朋友，培养了与人交往的能力，短短的几天夏令营生活，给我留下了美好的回忆。

一、防溺水事故：家长要切实监护好子女，随时提醒教育子女不准单独或与朋友结伴私自下河游泳、戏水，不到河、沟、塘、渠、水库边玩耍，防止溺水伤亡悲惨事件的.发生。家长发现有学生在水边玩耍或游泳要及进劝阻，要教育在发现有人溺水时大声呼喊救人，不要盲目下水施救。
二、防交通事故：教育子女外出时必须严格遵守交通规则，做到不无证驾驶摩托车等机动车辆，不违章骑自行车，不违章穿行机动车道，不乘坐无牌、无证的“黑车”及超载车辆，不在公路上打玩、追逐、搭人、游戏、攀爬车辆。未满12周岁的学生，禁止骑自行车上路。家长要做遵守交通规则的榜样，引导孩子遵规守矩，并要管好家中机动车辆的钥匙，不准默许孩子无证驾驶机动车。
三、防食物中毒事故：暑期气温高，食物容易腐败变质，要教育子女不买不吃“三无”产品或腐败变质食品，不吃陌生人给的食物，不吃不知道的食物。
四、防气象灾害事故：暑期是台风、雷电等极端恶劣气象灾害的高发季节，要教育您的孩子在台风、雷电到来时，不到户外活动，特别是雷雨时不要在树下躲雨。
五、防传染病：要关注孩子身心健康，教育孩子养成良好卫生习惯，注意饮食卫生要对您的孩子进行流感等传染病防控知识教育，减少或避免前往人群拥挤场所。
六、防人身侵害：孩子假期参加社会实践活动或走亲访友必须由家长接送，不准单独外出，不准私自到同学、亲友家玩耍、留宿，外出时要教育子女不走偏僻小道，要走大路并做到3人以上结伴而行，在路上遇见陌生人不与搭话，不随意听信别人的话，防止上当受骗；要教育孩子离家外出活动务必预先告诉家长，避免发生意外事故。
七、防黄赌毒和网络侵害：要教育孩子远离黄、赌、毒，不进入游戏机室和网吧，在家上网要健康文明，自觉抵制网络不良信息，自觉遵守社会公德，做一个遵纪守法，文明有礼的学生。
八、防其他安全事故：暑假期间必须十分重视防火、防盗、防煤气中毒、防绑架、防传销等工作，孩子在家不准玩火、玩电，防止触电伤亡、烧烫伤事件的发生。
九、暑假放假时间为：7月6日至8月30日，8月30、31学生回校注册，9月1日正式开学。
