德阳城区的中心有一个由北到南贯穿全城，把城市划分为河西、河东两部分的湖。她的名字叫"旌湖"。她是建市后，在水源干涸、河床裸露、污水横流的绵远河的基础上，经过多年的治理、拓宽和改造而建成的。湖面上架着五座风格各异的大桥，分别是：黄河大桥、凯江大桥、彩虹桥、岷江大桥、珠江大桥。绿树成荫、鲜花盛开的旌湖两岸是市民们纳涼、休闲、健身的好地方。旌湖--你真像是一个美丽的新娘!
