西安古城墙建于明洪武年间，以公元6世纪时隋唐皇城墙为基础扩展形成。古城墙是灰色的，有四层楼那么高！上面很宽，可以并排跑四辆汽车呢！沿着城墙外面挂着一串又一串的红灯笼，非常好看也非常壮观！我们是从南城墙的“永宁门”上去的。我向天空望去隐隐约约看见许多风筝，十个小风筝排成一排，在空中翩翩起舞，像小鸽子一样上下翻飞。我看了看四周，发现有一个卖风筝的老奶奶，我急忙跑过去叫她卖给我一串。我选的是“五福娃”风筝，一个福娃做两只小风筝，共十只成一串。我迫不及待地叫爸爸拆开包装，把“福娃”风筝放上天空。我牵着风筝线在古城墙上跑啊跑，风筝越飞越高，我快乐极了！可是我一停下来风筝就像喝多了酒一样，摇摇晃晃地掉了下来。唉！真遗憾！
