听导游说莲花峰位于黄山中部，玉屏峰，东对天都峰，海拔1864米，是黄山最高峰，平均坡度七十多度！
爬山了，我们从莲花峰北面往山上爬，一开始坡度不大，随着海拔的增高，坡度也增大，路也越来越陡，人们只能手脚并用了，真的叫“爬山”了。莲花峰峻峭高耸，主峰突兀，还没到山半腰，人们以累得气喘吁吁，有的望而却步，半途而返。我们来到半山腰的光景台，眺望玉屏峰和天都峰，尤为壮观。经过半个多小时的“艰苦跋涉”我们终于登上了“莲花绝顶”仿佛置身云霄，伸手便能“抓”到一把云，向下俯视，真有“一览众山小”的感觉。下莲花峰时穿过数个石洞，古人称它们“莲孔”。洞穴陡立，我们拾阶而下，如在莲孔中穿行。俗话说的好：“上山容易，下山难。”我们只得双手挨着粗糙的石坡，眼睛注视着台阶，小心翼翼的下山，每当我想放弃时，爸爸总是再身后鼓励我说：“加油，你一定能行，有志者，事竟成么。”经过一番“折腾”我们终于来到莲花峰南面脚下。再仰望那高大的莲花峰，我高兴极了。
最后，我们走山路来到黄山脚下，我情不自禁地高呼：“我征服黄山了！”

五一期间，我们全家决定去安徽黄山游玩，听到这个消息以后，我激动得又蹦又跳。
我早早的做好了准备，终于到了出发的时候了。车开动了，一路上，山青水秀，景色秀丽，经过了四个多小时的颠簸，我们终于来到著名风景名胜区——黄山。
黄山风景区方圆154平方公里，它无处不景，无景不奇，以奇松、怪石、云海、温泉“四绝”著称于世，徐霞客称赞：“薄海内外无如徽之黄山，登黄山而后天下无山，观止矣”。后人传颂为“五岳归来不看山，黄山归来不看岳。”为了感受黄山景色的奇险，我决定登上黄山最险的主峰——天都峰。
我怀着雄心壮志开始登山，走了不到十分钟，我就感到气喘嘘嘘，妈妈对我说：“儿子，现在才是登山的热身过程，你不会就此放弃吧。”听了妈妈的话，我重振了一下精神，继续登山。上山的路越来越陡，我感到越来越累，不经意间回头望，啊！好险哇……要是我刚才脚一滑，后果真是不堪设想，想到这里，一屁股瘫坐在那里。“小朋友，你真勇敢！”一个声音传入我的耳际，原来是个阿姨，她正微笑地看着我，“鼓起勇气，加油！”无意中我好象拥有了使不完的劲，“谢谢阿姨！”于是我站起来继续前进。经过四个多小时的艰难跋涉，我终于登上了海拔1810米的天都绝顶。
我激动得流下了眼泪，虽然一路上付出了许多艰辛，也碰到了许多危险与困难，但我还是成功了。这让我明白了一个哲理：成功是目标与坚持的结合。
