看了《多给孩子们一些鼓励》这篇短文，我感触颇深。
一直以来，不分中外，在人们的观念中，恶便是恶，恶的狰狞可恨一无是处。善即是善，好的没有一点缺点。丑就是丑，无一美点可言。美就是美，无一缺陷可挑。
就像短文中的那个即将赴刑的年轻人一样，恶便是恶，怎么能说一个恶人长的美呢?其实，我们对待任何人和事，都要本着唯物主义思想，实事求是一分为二地看待问题。像《三国演义》里的人物，便存在这样的问题----写诸葛亮便是天下第一能臣，写关羽便是天下第一忠义之士，写曹操便是天下第一奸雄。
人非圣贤，孰能无过?一辈子不做错事，是不可能的。为了生存而做的无损原则的“坏事”是可以被原谅的，与其背着负罪感生活，不如放下包袱往前看。
文中的年轻犯没有做到这点，他也许犯下的罪行不可饶恕，以至于走向刑场，可就在执行刑的那一刻听到老太太的一句话，让他含泪向老太太深深鞠了一躬，并大声对老太太说的那句话，足以说明这个年轻人什么?悔恨已经晚了。
而我此时想的更多的是我们当前的教育。现在教育学生，仍然是学而优则仕，一切以分数为准。学校分三六九等，分快慢班，学校之间恶意竞争，以各种优惠条件作诱饵招来成绩好的学生，有点还不惜重金。这样的后果是什么?虽然提高了升学率，却扼了更多学生的学习积极性和可塑性。那些被分到慢班的学生，基本上就破罐子破摔，从思想上彻底松弛下来，从根本上失去了努力的信心和动力。
难道这些孩子就是笨孩子吗?错了，他们很想得到老师和父母的夸奖，孩子们最可信任的是他们的父母和老师，父母和老师的`肯定和鼓励将是他们全部的动力所在，而恰恰是孩子们所依赖和信任的父母和老师们，除了责怪和埋怨便没有其他更正确的引导鼓励 。
在孩子的教育中，父母其实起到比老师更为重要的作用，因为你们的言行举止将更为直接和深刻地影响到孩子。有的父母根本不注意自己的言行举止，扼了孩子的积极性，所以在教育孩子问题上，请多给孩子一些鼓励，多给孩子一些赞许，多给孩子一些肯定，也许这样我们的国家将会变得美丽。
