Dear all,
I am writing this letter to express my gratitude to my parents for teaching me to be positive and to be strong. “Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all.” is the opinion held by Aristotle. It is the experience of our forefathers, however, it is correct even today, including my parenting.
It is widely acknowledged that parenting, which can also be explained as family education, is of great significance in our character forming and manner acquiring. To be more detailed, setting good examples instead of just giving precepts is the greatest achievement of my parents. They not only taught me to think for the best and prepare for the worst; they taught me how. They not only told me the benefits of being strong in mind; they proved it. All those things require huge amount of time and work, but it’s worth it.
Without my parents’ contribution and education, I would never be who I am now. But most importantly, I would never be more gratitude to them than today.

在这里，我充分的感受到了在南京感受不到的东西：原生态。这里，群山环绕、到处都是绿地、山峰。在这里，我放眼望去，只有那有如苍松翠柏的绿和有如小溪一般清澈的蓝天白云。第一天，我与我的弟弟、舅舅等人一起游玩了秋浦河中的漂流。我拿着水枪、水瓢等工具坐上了皮筏艇。当我做上去时，我没有立即想到要去打水仗，因为，我被这迷人的绿色吸引了。我感觉，大大小小的山峰将我包围，小鸟在枝头放声鸣叫，好像是在欢迎我们的到来，又好像，是在挎这里那动人的美景。我坐在皮筏艇上，在山与山之间穿梭，感觉可谓是美不胜收。这时，我看到了一只野鸭，在水里跳来跳去，一会儿在水里游泳，一会儿，跳进水里，去吃小鱼。这个场景，是我11年中，第一次看到。
下午，我们去了百丈崖景区。当我们下车，要坐船去对岸时，天空不作美，下了一场大暴雨，这场暴雨，使我在穿着雨衣的情况下，整个身子都被淋湿。但是，我并没有抱怨，因为我认为，正是因为下了这场大雨，所以，才让这里的景色更加秀美。湖水与青山相交映，就像一幅大师的名画。不一会，我到了对岸。我坐着面包车，绕着弯路，开向了百丈崖景区的大门。我穿着解放鞋，开始了攀登。我在那泥土中穿梭着，不时，泉水和沙子都进入了我的鞋中。我当时想到，当时，红军二万五千里的长征，只有将军才可以穿上这种鞋，那像普通士兵，就只能光着脚，在这些难泥中行走，那该是多么的辛苦啊！他们这样做，完全是为了我们国家可以早点获得解放，让人民不过那种苦日子。这全是为了我们啊，就凭这一点，我就应该好好学习，不能辜负他们对我们的期望。走着走着，我到了探险区。这里有二十余个探险项目比如：攀岩、滑索、竹筏、走瀑戏浪、高空飞人、走钢丝等。在这些项目中，我最喜欢走瀑细浪。因为，这个项目，需要锻炼我的臂力、手力等。特别是，我还需要手脚相互配合，才可以登上这坐“小山”。这些项目对我来说十分的刺激，当然，也十分危险。玩的时候，我必须克服重重困难，与同伴互相鼓励，互相帮助才能通过这二十多个探险项目。最后，我爬了将近半个小时的山路，才到达了这个峭壁摩天、幽深迷人落差高达 70 余米、宽度达 20 多米的大瀑布。站在他的脚下，抬头仰望，真可用飞流直下三千尺，疑是银河落九天这句诗来形容他的壮观。
第二天，我去了蓬莱仙洞。这里是经过海水的.冲刷，而形成的。这里分为天洞、中洞、地洞、地下河四个洞。这里的石头奇形怪状，有迎宾厅、探海长廊、东海龙宫、通明宫等景点。在灯光的照应下，五彩缤纷，十分美丽。
中午，我吃完了丰盛可口的农家菜后，就依依不舍的离开了这风景如画的地方。坐上大巴车，返回了南京。虽然，我只在这里游览了仅仅只有一天半的时间，但是，我在这里收获了许多。如果有机会，我还是回到这山水甲天下的石台来的。
