格言不仅是人生的礼仪的开始，也是学习进步的阶梯，只有心中有格言的人才会成功。我最爱的一句格言是“一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴”。

以前我做事非常懒惰，怕吃苦。进入五年级后，老师为了让我们保证早读的时间，规定每天早晨提前20分钟到校晨读。可是每天清早我都舍不得离开那热乎乎的被窝，时钟的指针已经指向七点了，我还赖着不肯起床。结果每天早晨我都是伴着上课铃走进教室。读书的时间没有了保障，我的语文成绩也慢慢下降了。
