we left home quite early in order to avoid the traffic jam.about two hours later, we came to a nice place. it was near a river. we put our bicycles under the trees and went swimming. it was a very hot day. the water was very refreshing.
after having a swim, we had lunch in the cool shade under the trees. then we went for a walk. we didn't come back home until the night fell.

我和妈妈脱了鞋子，脚踩上了白色的沙滩，沙子又细又滑，软软地暖暖地搔着我的脚丫，真是舒服。我弯腰抓了一把沙子，它却像小鱼儿一样狡猾，不一会儿便从我的手指缝里溜走了。我和妈妈在浅水区戏水、拾贝壳，玩得不亦乐乎。
突然听见有人在喊：“退潮了，退潮了。”抬起头来，果然，亮白色的浪花越拍越远，不远处呈现出大片大片的沙滩，人们欢呼着。我拽着妈妈，也加入了这一寻宝的队伍中。
我们在沙滩上仔细搜寻，发现刚退了潮的沙滩上有许多小洞，上面还冒着小泡泡，这里面一定有秘密。于是，我蹲下身去，用手轻轻一挖，里面竟藏着小螃蟹。那小螃蟹的颜色跟沙滩的颜色差不多，而且斑斑点点的，不在意真以为它是一块沙，好会伪装的小家伙。妈妈提议，来个抓螃蟹比赛。多棒的主意，我们俩用手在沙子里左扒扒，右挖挖，不一会儿，小桶里已是沉甸甸的了。

那天，烈日当头，太阳像个大火球烤着大地。未到海边，咸咸的凉凉的海风就迎面扑来。远远地，我就看到一望无际的蔚蓝大海在蓝天倒影的衬托下显得格外的蓝，阵阵海浪拍击着海岸，溅起一朵朵浪花，跳跃着欢迎我们。“大海，我来了?”我欢呼着，迫不及待地奔向大海的怀抱。大海也张开它的蓝色臂膀拥抱我。我不顾妈妈在身后呼喊：“别忘了涂防晒……”便像一只恋水的小鱼儿似的扎进海水里。哇，太凉快了，我感到无比的惬意。一股海浪涌了上来，我躲闪不及，喝了几口海水，海水又咸又涩，但这不和谐的小音符却丝毫削减不了我向往大海的热情，我只想融入海的世界。在这无边无际的大海里，我悠闲自在，一会儿狗爬式游，一会儿仰泳，一会儿蛙泳，一会儿潜入海底，尽情地欢跃着，享受着大海给我的恩惠……
